Petitions for Lawful Permanent Residency

The basic three (3) ways a person can become a lawful permanent resident of the United States.  Prices are determined by what form is submitted, attachments, copies, photos, postage, etc.

Services Include: Immediate Relative: This person would be a spouse or can be either a mother, father, sister, brother or adult child who is a U.S. Citizen.

Employer-Based: This option would be from an employer who a person has worked for in the U.S. for at least two years.  This person has a work visa, for example H-1B prior to filing.

Entrepreneur: This petition can be filed on their own behalf and must qualify under the criteria such as an E-1.

 

Application for U.S. Citizenship
